The Registrar of Companies informs the business community that the operation of the interim solution for the registration in the Register of the Beneficial Owners for companies and other legal entities will continue beyond the 31st of July 2022 and until the implementation of the final solution for which the Registrar will make an announcement soon. It is recommended that the companies or other legal entities that have not yet complied with their obligations to update the Register the Beneficial Owners to proceed as soon as possible.
