Throughout the years Natalia has attained extensive experience working for well-respected law firm where she advised and assisted clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including but not limited to company incorporation both in Cyprus and abroad, handling legal transactions and closings, drafting legal opinions, drafting court applications pursuant to the provisions of the domestic Companies Law and Regulations, undertook the establishment and administration of trusts, registration of trademarks and also handled company liquidations as well as mergers and acquisitions both on local level and cross-border level.

Natalia has obtained degree in Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova.

Her main practice in our company is the provision of assistance and guidance to clients in respect to all corporate procedures including but not limited to immigration matters related to obtaining of different type of residence permit in Cyprus as well as communication with local and international banks and provision of assistance and advise on opening of corporate bank accounts. Natalia also participates in our teams’ corporate administration providing clients with support on the day-to-day operations of their legal entities.

She speaks Greek, English and Russian.
