Corporate Lawyer and AML Officer of our firm, Melissa is an agile individual who approaches cases with an analytical mindset whilst through the breadth of her experience she has attained a versatility suited for our firm’s diversity of practice areas.  

Melissa has graduated from the University of Dundee, Scotland where she obtained her Bachelor in Laws. 

Her previous experience has spanned across the undertaking of a wide area of litigious work before the District Courts of Cyprus with an emphasis on contract law, tort law, rent control cases and real estate transactions. She has also worked extensively as part of well esteemed corporate teams where she negotiated and drafted corporate and commercial contracts involving joint venture agreements, escrow agreements, long lease agreements, assignment agreements and asset acquisition with an emphasis on real estate and conveyancing of high value real estate property.

Her main practice areas include court hearings, advising clients in real estate matters, drafting corporate and commercial contracts for Cypriot and international clients as well as assisting in the compliance and due diligence procedures of our firm. 

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and speaks Greek and English.
